VfL Bochum is working on the transfer of Saidy Janko from Real Valladolid

To have after ascension

VfL Bochum recently signed a new right-back in Jordi Osei-Tutu (23), who will close the gap in the squad caused by the likely departure of Herbert Bockhorn (27; contract expires). However, it cannot be ruled out that the Bundesliga club will sign another player for the position.

A look at his transfer history makes it clear that Janko is generally not averse to moving to another country. While he was still a youth at FC Zurich, he ventured to England to join Manchester United, followed by clubs in Scotland, France, Portugal and finally Spain. Bochum would be the eleventh station in the seventh country for the six-time national player Gambia.
