Drenthe units receive highest award for combat in Afghanistan

Two units from Havelte and one unit from Assen, among others, receive this award. These are the 44 Armored Infantry Battalion Johan Willem Friso, 43 Brigade Reconnaissance Eskadron Huzaren van Boreel, 43 Medical Company, 43 Recovery Company and the 45 Armored Infantry Battalion Oranje Gelderland (all in Havelte) and 13th Infantry Battalion Airmobile (Assen).
