How were your beginnings in the field of computing?
Since I was 14 years old when I had my first PC thanks to the efforts of my family, from that moment I never left this niche, but I was only able to do it professionally when I was 30 years old.
The Company was born in August 2016, as a small extra venture to my usual job. At that time I was dedicated to the administration in a hosiery factory and to the sale and attention of my personal project in my free time and on weekends.
Little by little it was taking me more time, and generating clients. After three years of doing it as something extra, I made the decision, with the help of my wife, that Rtech becomes my only and main income. In this way, a dream became my main job every day.
What services does Rtech provide to the public?
We are mainly dedicated to the personalized assembly of PCs, both for Gaming, Office or School. Which we follow up with the client from the moment they contact us via WhatsApp or social network until they start enjoying their product. That is what differentiates us from the rest, our added value is the totally personalized attention to all clients, which we guide, budget, and suggest the best so that the product that the client obtains is the one he needed.
In addition to PCs, we sell notebooks, peripherals, rigs and everything related to the world of technology. We also carry out technical service, and something very important, we update the equipment so that it can perform in the face of current needs.
We are in the Caseros area, Tres de Febrero Buenos Aires, but we also offer free shipping throughout the country.
Our clients, in addition to being from Greater Buenos Aires, are many from the interior of the country.
We have an excellent reputation in both Facebook and Google comments, with an average of 4.9 stars, this gives us confidence and helps us so that customers who are far away can feel close and trust our company.
That is something that makes us proud and lets us know that we are on the right track, since our first objective is service, and then to grow in the market.
What goal do you have for the coming years?
Rtech is a family business, a SME in constant updating, which over time has established itself and is recommended among clients. Looking to the future, we want to continue expanding and provide, as always, the best care.
