Bureaucratic task that – specifies the decree – is up to ‘the operator of the appliance’, therefore also ‘the operator of the premises … if he is the owner’. The Customs Agency itself specifies that this rule applies to ‘table football, carambola, billiards, rocking chairs for children, ping pong tables’. The meaning of the rule would be to certify that table football and in general ‘operated games with tokens’ meet defined technical characteristics and precisely exclude any winnings of money that would trigger the rules on gambling. Meanwhile, the law has also unleashed the politicians who, from every party, have asked for the cancellation of the law. Indeed, there is already a parliamentary question. We’ll see.
