A national memorial was inaugurated on Saturday at the jetty to the island of Utøya in Norway for the 77 victims of the massacre that neo-Nazi Anders Behring Breivik inflicted on July 22, 2011. The monument, which was co-designed by the Belgian landscape architect Bas Smets, consists of 77 three-meter high bronze columns, one for each victim.
