Düsseldorf – Brutal murder near the old town of Düsseldorf! On the night of Saturday, a homeless person (55) hit a 23-year-old at Ratinger Tor with a cast-iron bollard. The man was injured so badly that he died at the scene.
The perpetrator tried to flee, but was arrested by the police. The victim comes from Bavaria. How the attack came about is still unclear. According to the police, however, it should have nothing to do with the nightlife area in Düsseldorf’s old town. Hope for the investigators: The horror act was observed by witnesses. According to the public prosecutor’s office, it will be possible to provide further information at the beginning of next week at the earliest.
