The president of the PP maintains that the Socialists “had been believing for many years that the Board belonged to the PSOE and they have now seen that it belongs to the Andalusians”
The president of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, assured this Saturday that the socialists “had been believing for many years that the Junta (of Andalusia) belonged to the PSOE and they have now seen that the Junta belongs to the Andalusians” after the first term of Juanma Moreno as regional president.
In an act together with the Minister of Health and Families, Jesús Aguirre, and the Mayor of Córdoba, José María Bellido, the popular leader pointed out that “the socialists have seen that after 40 years, in three and a half years, including the of the pandemic, all social and economic indicators have improved” of the Andalusian community.
Feijóo, who arrived at the Palacio de Congresos accompanied by a group of pipers after meeting with the members of the Casa de Galicia in Córdoba, stated that “the socialists are very nervous and it shows” because “Andalusia has a president” with a balance sheet, a program and a projectand against it only “there are a lot of parties that dedicate themselves exclusively to criticizing the president.”
For this reason, he has encouraged that “on June 19 we get Juanma Moreno to be the president of the Andalusian Government” and that efforts to respond “to insults” are not lost.
“A president like Juanma Moreno not only doesn’t insult but he doesn’t tell the opposition that it gets in the way,” Feijóo has highlighted, after stressing that “he has not come here to insult Pedro Sánchez”, just as he has not done so “to say ‘yes, sir'”, which, in his opinion, “is the best way to serve to my country”.
After reviewing the negative economic data and criticizing the “swerve of Spain’s foreign policy”, he assured that “telling the truth should not hinder anyone”which is what “the Spanish deserve” for being the ones who are going to pay “the effects of Pedro Sánchez’s bad foreign policy”.
