The Azot chemical plant in the hard-fought city of Shevyerodonetsk in eastern Ukraine has been completely surrounded, according to pro-Russian separatists. President Volodymyr Zelensky previously said that the Russians have the upper hand in the city, but still believed that the Ukrainians were holding out for the time being.
