The Bremen district court later sentenced him to a fine totaling 36,000 euros, the DFB sports court banned him as a coach for a year and suspended this sentence on probation.
Becker was once a companion from the start. Together, the two managed to climb up to the third division with Holstein Kiel in the 2016/2017 season. After that, the North Germans came up trumps and only missed promotion to the Bundesliga in the relegation against VfL Wolfsburg.
