The 12-year-old Ukrainian girl had been missing since June 1st. Last week, the police asked for information from the population with a photo. Now the now 13-year-old girl is back.
The girl was found safe and sound on Wednesday at Alexanderplatz, the Berlin police said on Thursday.
According to the police, the girl had disappeared from her parents’ home in Moabit.
The girl fled Ukraine two months ago and came to Germany. The girl therefore speaks very little German.
