Femke Bol has set a world record in the 300 meter hurdles, a distance that is rarely run. The 22-year-old Dutchman was supreme at the World Athletics Continental Tour Gold in the Czech city of Ostrava. Bol sped to 36.86 seconds, almost 1.5 seconds below the old record time.
