Photographs of actor Kubilay Aka were disclosed by his ex-girlfriend. A lawsuit was filed after Aka complained about each other with her ex. The case was dismissed on the grounds that a compromise was reached between the parties.
Kubilay Aka filed a criminal complaint against his ex-girlfriend, Beyza Güneş, for allegedly revealing his photos and messages while he was sleeping. Actress Kubilay Aka’s ex-girlfriend, Beyza Güneş, revealed photos of Aka while she was sleeping on social media, and Aka threatened Güneş with the words, “You have done the worst thing you can do, I am not living anymore, but you will not live”.
The case in which the two complained about each other was settled. At the hearing held at the Istanbul 23rd Criminal Court of First Instance, the defendant Kubilay Aka and his lawyer were present. The defendant, Beyza Güneş, did not attend the hearing.
AGREEMENT BETWEEN
Kubilay Aka, who made a statement at the hearing, stated that they agreed with Beyza Güneş during the incident, that they came to an agreement and did not complain. Expressing his opinion on the merits at the hearing, the Public Prosecutor demanded the dismissal of the case, stating that a lawsuit was filed as a result of the parties’ complaints against each other, but that the actions of the parties remained within the scope of reconciliation and that the parties agreed.
Saying that they agreed with the opinion on the merits, Kubilay Aka and his lawyer demanded that the case be dropped. The court decided to dismiss the case on the grounds that the actions of the complainants were within the framework of reconciliation.
