Manchester City celebrated the Premier League championship on Sunday after winning the Aston Villa 3–2.
The festivities began with sad signs. City supporters flocked to the field and attacked Aston Villa’s goalkeeper Robin Olsen to attack.
The Swedish goalkeeper, who made his debut in the Premier League, was walking off the field after being beaten several times.
The goalkeeper was hit at least in the neck and back. After that, someone would slap Olsen in the face.

Aston Villa reported that Olsen was okay despite the blow to the head. According to the club, it is not known whether the blow was intentional.
Aston Villa does not intend to take the matter further.

Manchester City issued a press release after the match apologizing to spectators for their use. The club launched an investigation into the case.
Also head coach Pep Guardiola said he was sorry.
