You will be managing about eighty employees, so you also have to be collegial. Simply, you always go for the best result possible with a good dose of humor, guest orientation and efficiency.”
The responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage manager you are full-time responsible for colleagues from different departments. In addition, you keep an overview and you pamper the guests. You also coordinate personnel planning, monitor payroll and ensure that all work within the departments is performed correctly. In short: a jack of all trades.
