The second division football team SV Sandhausen, threatened with relegation, has loaned Carlo Sickinger (24) to the Greek first division team Apollon Smyrnis until the end of the season.
“We want to give Carlo more match practice. In the summer Carlo will return and be a full member of the squad again,” said sporting director Mikayil Kabaca.
The midfielder only made six appearances this season. Apollon Smyrnis has been trained by German coach Marco Grote since the beginning of the year.
