Real Madrid with a draw at relegation candidate Cádiz

Cadiz (dpa) – Spain’s soccer champions Real Madrid revealed some weaknesses just two weeks before the Champions League final.

At relegation candidate FC Cádiz, the royals, who were not at their best, only played 1-1 (1-1) in the domestic league and could not gain self-confidence for the premier class final against Liverpool on May 28 in Paris.

Mariano Diaz (5th minute) gave Real an early lead for ex-national player Toni Kroos in Andalusia. Ruben Sobrino (37th) scored the deserved equalizer for the hosts on the penultimate matchday. Leaders Real are already set to win the La Liga title.
