QUITO – Ecuadorian army has arrested 200 escapees, Ecuadorian police said. The inmates had escaped Monday during riots at a prison in the city of Santo Domingo de los Colorados, about 80 kilometers north of the capital Quito. At least 43 detainees were killed.
