G.thanks to the victory of the Måneskin in 2021 with Shut up and goodwith the 2022 edition theEurovision Song Contest returns to Italy after 31 yearsprecisely from PalaOlimpico of Turin. Three evenings – semifinal of Tuesday 10, second semifinal on Thursday 12 and final on Saturday 14 – live on Rai 1 from 21.00, and simultaneously on Rai Radio 2 and streaming on RaiPlay.
They lead Alessandro Cattelan, Laura Pausini and Mika. Anticipated by ESC preview – segment broadcast from 20.40 to 21.00 with Gabriele Corsi, Cristiano Malgioglio e Carolina Di Domenico – who will comment on the live broadcast even later.
The competing countries are 40. The top 10 arrive in the final most voted in their respective semifinals. At 20 songs then i Big Five, namely France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom and Spain (Major contributors to the realization of the event).
Individual countries vote will be the juries of every single evening and the public of the relative nations through televoting, each with the weight of 50 percent. A limited number of tickets are still available for i Live Showlive on TV from 9 pm. These are the other types of shows available: the Jury Show (Jury Show), scheduled for Monday 9, Wednesday 11 and Friday 13 May – a complete dress rehearsal, to be held the night before each Live show, in which the juries will vote the artists. THE Family Show – the last general rehearsals which will take place on Tuesday 10, Thursday 12 and Saturday 14 May, to allow families with children to attend a complete Eurovision show.
Admission to the evenings will be allowed from 2 hours up to half an hour before the show and will take place according to the anti-covid regulations in force on the date of the event.
There are still very few tickets left for the two semi-finals: there are some possibilities as listening only (10 euros), Ring 1 (100 euros), Ring 2 (70 euros), Parterre (150 euros). For the first semifinal there are places available for Ring 1 for 250 euros, 150 euros for Ring 2. For audio without video, the ticket costs 50 euros.
