Five ships under the Russian flag have been docked in Dutch ports since April 17. From that day on, an EU-wide ban was imposed on ports to allow Russian ships access due to the war in Ukraine. One or more of the five ships called at the port of Rotterdam anyway, a spokesperson for the Port of Rotterdam Authority reported.
