Johan Derksen talks about diversity and inclusion in new NPO program | TV

In the program Castricum tries to answer questions such as ‘don’t we occasionally go too far?’ He does this by entering into discussions with ‘self-proclaimed champions of greater equality and diversity’, but also with ‘people who still have their heels in the sand and who abhor any form of change’.

Derksen came under fire last week after being in the program Today Inside confessed to once penetrating an unconscious woman with a candle. He nuanced this in the next broadcast and stated that no penetration had taken place. As a result of the fuss, Derksen, who already spoke with Castricum before his conscious statements, finally decided to stop the program, as did table mates Wilfred Genee and René van der Gijp.

Castricum will also speak with politicians Tunahan Kuzu, actor André Dongelmans, comedian Freek de Jonge and NOS editor-in-chief Marcel Gelauff.
