The Italian chocolate manufacturer Ferrero has set up an online complaints platform on Saturday where victims of a salmonella infection can make themselves known and submit a complaint. Ferrero had to remove numerous products from its shelves at the beginning of April due to the possible risk of salmonella contamination.
