According to a media report, striker André Hahn will remain with Bundesliga club FC Augsburg for another year.
As the “Augsburger Allgemeine” reports, the 31-year-old’s contract has been automatically extended.
“I had a clause in the contract that said if I play a certain number of games within the four years, the contract will be extended for another year,” said Hahn.
The former national player has been under contract in Augsburg since 2018. With the game at VfL Bochum (2-0) on the last matchday, the agreed number of games was achieved.
“I had signed for four years, now my fifth is coming and I’m very happy that it happened like this. We’ll see everything else then,” said Hahn.
