Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Legal Consultancy announced the Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) referrals dated April 26, 2022. The following referrals were included in the statement made on the official website of TFF:
“1- Article 52 of the Football Discipline Order due to the “field events” of the ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR A.Ş. and to PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Discipline Order due to its “ugly and bad manifestation”,
ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR INC. Club football player FABRICIO SANTOS DE JESUS has been cautiously transferred to PFDK as of 23.04.2022 in accordance with Article 43 of the Football Discipline Order due to his “illegal behavior” in the same competition.
2- The transfer of VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK Club to PFDK in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Discipline Order due to “field incidents” in the VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK-GZT GİRESUNSPOR Spor Toto Super League Ahmet Çalık Season match played on 23.04.2022,
Due to the “insult” of VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK Club football player JAKUP JİMMY DURMAZ in the same competition, it was decided to be sent to PFDK cautiously as of 24.04.2022, pursuant to Article 41 of the Football Discipline Order.
3- GZT GİRESUNSPOR Club was transferred to PFDK in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Discipline Order due to “field incidents” in the VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK-GZT GİRESUNSPOR Spor Toto Super League Ahmet Çalık Season match played on 23.04.2022.
4- ADANA DEMIRSPOR INC. Club’s ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş.-TRABZONSPOR A.Ş. It was decided to refer him to PFDK in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Discipline Order due to “field incidents” in the Spor Toto Super League Ahmet Çalık Season match and in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Discipline Order due to “ugly and bad manifestations”.
5- ALTAY-GALATASARAY A.Ş., played on 24.04.2022 by ALTAY Club. It was decided to refer him to PFDK in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Discipline Order due to “field incidents” in the Spor Toto Super League Ahmet Çalık Season match and in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Discipline Order due to “ugly and bad manifestations”.
6- BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. Club’s BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş.-KASIMPAŞA A.Ş. Due to the “field incidents” in the Spor Toto Super League Ahmet Çalık Season match, it was decided to be referred to PFDK in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Discipline Order.
