Manchester City plans practice campaign in United States

Manchester City have a practice campaign in the United States scheduled for next summer. The English top club will play two friendly matches on American soil in preparation for the 2022-2023 season, the club said.

The semifinalist of the Champions League will face Mexican Club America in the NRG Stadium in Houston (Texas) in the first game on Wednesday, July 20. After that, a second game will follow, but the opponent and the date will not be announced until next week.

City have not played international exhibition games in the past two years due to the corona pandemic.
