Young and less young Flanders is cheering, because today the 15th Outdoor Play Day will take place under a radiant sky. We set out with our cameras to capture the shiny faces. Crossed our paths: exuberant young people, relaxed parents, and an enthusiastic Minister of Youth. “Children should also be able to have fun without toys.”
