The Kremlin has issued another ultimatum. Ukrainian defenders who turned a large steel factory in Mariupol into an almost impregnable fortress, have been ordered by the Russians to lay down their arms and leave the factory between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. However, that does not seem possible at all: pro-Russian separatists started storming the building on Tuesday morning.
