Czech supermodel Eva Herzigova has tied the knot. On Saturday, she married her long-term partner Gregorio Marsiaj in Turin. The couple has been together for 25 years and has three sons.
Together for 25 years, nine of which they were engaged, the couple finally made their vows in the picturesque Italian city of Turin.
Two Ceremonies in One Day
Their wedding day commenced with the exchange of vows at the San Vito Church. Following this ceremonial moment, the couple proceeded to the Palazzo Carignano for a civil ceremony in the historic Sala dei Plebisciti. The celebrations culminated in a sumptuous dinner at Del Cambio, a Michelin-starred restaurant.
For the occasion, Herzigova donned a stunning floor-length white gown designed by Lanvin, featuring a deep neckline, pleated layers, and flowing cape sleeves. Her blonde hair was styled in an elegant updo, while Marsiaj looked dapper in a dark suit paired with a light grey tie and a white boutonniere.
Family and Friends Gathered
Joining the newlyweds were their three sons—George, Philipe, and Edward—alongside a close-knit circle of family and friends. Notably, supermodel Carmen Kass was also among the guests, adding a touch of glamour to the occasion.
Herzigova and Marsiaj first met in 2001 in the Italian coastal town of Varigotti, and they became engaged in 2017. This marks Herzigova’s second marriage; she was previously married to Bon Jovi drummer Tico Torres in 1996 before their divorce two years later.
Icon of the 90s
Herzigova rose to fame in the mid-90s by starring in the iconic Wonderbra campaign “Hello Boys.” Alongside contemporaries like Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, and Claudia Schiffer, she played an integral role in defining the golden age of supermodels. Throughout her illustrious career, she graced the catwalks for prominent fashion houses including Chanel, Dior, Versace, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Vivienne Westwood, and Jean Paul Gaultier.
