This disruption is primarily due to the termination of ooono’s partnership with Blitzer.de, which previously supplied the crucial database for notifications.
In response to ooono’s shortcomings, Technaxx has introduced the Secure Drive PRO TX-388, a new traffic warning device that connects to the databases of Blitzer.de and SCDB.info. This device grants access to data from over five million users. The automatic updates promise to keep the information current, though it remains to be seen whether this will effectively cover mobile speed traps, as it’s noted that “daily updates” may not capture short-term radar installations.
