The French basketball player had surgery due to his knee injury suffered during the national team camp in August 2025.

The 32-year-old center became the fifth player to part ways with Anadolu Efes, which was disappointing last season. The dark blue-whites parted ways with Saben Lee, Nick Weiler-Babb, Rolands Smits and Cole Swider.
Adding former player Dario Saric to its squad, Anadolu Efes also signed a new 1+1-year contract with Jordan Loyd.
