Sonja Aiello, known as a fitness influencer, published pictures of her Midsummer holiday where she is lying on the pier sunbathing. Aiello underwent a Brazilian butt lift earlier this year. The photo he posted shows his buttocks, where the operation was performed.
In the operation, the buttocks are lifted and fat is transferred to them.
