The President of the Republic, Alexander Stubb, started the celebration of Midsummer with a bicycle run.
Stubb posted a video on Instagram in which he is cycling at high speed and shows the scenery he sees while riding.

Media personality and radio host Niko Saarinen spent his midsummer as the host of the Mirable festivals in Parkano.

Restaurateur Kari “Kape” Aihinen says on Instagram that he exceptionally opened the summer camping season only at Midsummer.
