In West Flanders, the storm mainly caused damage in the Scheldt region. Heavy gusts of wind and a lot of lightning bolts there. This resulted in many reports of a tornado to the Fluvia fire brigade. The fire brigade responded to fallen trees but also worse matters. In Ingooigem the flat roof of a house collapsed and in Heestert the roof covering of a house came completely loose.
