Temporary bicycle connection when replacing Gerrit Krol Bridge in Groningen is not possible, says Minister Karremans

Like his predecessor, Minister Vincent Karremans (Infrastructure and Water Management) sees no possibilities for a temporary bicycle connection if the Gerrit Krol Bridge in Groningen is replaced. According to him, the most realistic option, with a connection at an adjacent bridge, is too expensive.
