Dutch neighborhood in shock after girl (13) is arrested for involvement in death of parents (53): “It is normally so quiet here”

The Dutch police are investigating the death of the couple Johan and Mathilda (both 53 years old). Their lifeless bodies were found last night in a home in the northern city of Groningen. Their 13-year-old daughter has been arrested and is suspected of involvement. The circumstances of the tragedy are still unclear.
