Before we start sweating later this week, it will remain relatively cool today. The mercury will rise to around 21 degrees. The first half of the day, especially the north of the province, may experience some rain showers, which will disappear again towards the evening.
The rain will stay away during the day tomorrow and the temperature is already rising considerably, it will be between 23 and 27 degrees. In the evening it starts to rain in the south, which can also include thunderstorms.
Friday above 30 degrees
It will be really tropical on Friday, when it can reach up to 32 degrees. Once again it is dry during the day with high sunshine and few to no clouds, but during the evening it will rain and the chance of thunder increases. The humidity also seems to become high and the resulting oppressive heat continues until late at night.
During the weekend the temperature gradually drops, but it remains above 25 degrees. However, the air will become slightly less humid, which will make the heat feel a bit more pleasant. It will only really get cooler again from Tuesday onwards, but there will probably not be a major temperature change.
