Cabinet wants to catch up on security: less dependent on nuclear weapons, intelligence and air defense from the US

The Netherlands must quickly step up for its own safety and that of Europe. In four years’ time, the government wants to be less dependent on the US for intelligence and air defense must be in order. In addition, discussions are being held with the French about deterrence with nuclear weapons.
