1. FC Saarbrücken has completed its newly formed goalkeeping team with Kevin Broll (30), who comes on a free transfer from third division rivals SV Wehen Wiesbaden. The FCS had previously signed Matteo Bignetti (22, Sturm Graz) and Benjamin Lade (19, Hoffenheim II).

“He is a very good goalkeeper who we have given the supporting role for Matteo Bignetti. He also filled this role well in Wiesbaden. I have known him for a long time. Kevin can also deal with the special pressure in traditional clubs. His commitment complements our new goalkeeping team very well,” said sports director Markus Thiele.

HSV lends goalkeeper Hermann to Jahn Regensburg

SSV Jahn Regensburg can also welcome a new goalkeeper to its ranks. Hannes Hermann (21) comes on loan from Hamburger SV, where the homegrown player previously extended his contract. Hermann has so far been used in the reserves for the Rothosen.

“Hannes has developed very well in recent years, both athletically and personally. He has demonstrated his potential both in our U21 in the regional league and in the U20 of the DFB. For his further development, it is now very important to gain match practice at the highest possible level in professional football. The loan to SSV Jahn Regensburg, an ambitious third division team, is exactly the right step for this. We wish Hannes only the best and will closely follow his achievements,” explained sports director Claus Costa.

SC Verl brings Kaube from Augsburg – Schulz stays in Münster

SC Verl can also present another new addition. Midfielder Moritz Kaube (25) comes from the FC Augsburg youth team. “We have had Moritz on our radar for two years now. With him we are gaining a versatile player for the right wing. His enormous speed coupled with his high physicality make him a very interesting kicker. In Augsburg he always showed strong performances when he was on the pitch and we want to achieve this consistently with him here,” said sports director Zlatko Janjic.

Marvin Schulz (31), who remains with Preußen Münster after relegation from the 2nd Bundesliga, is also based in the same position. “I’ve always received a lot of love in the club, from the staff and from the fans and I feel very comfortable in Münster with my wife. It’s never nice to be relegated, that was a difficult moment. But I feel the desire to keep attacking here. I want to enjoy football again, which was very difficult in the relegation battle because we were fighting for sporting survival. I really missed celebrating with the fans after the game in the second half of the season,” Schulz explained his extension.
