Mark Rutte appears before an inquiry committee: ‘corona prime minister’ must answer for himself

Mark Rutte, the former Prime Minister who addressed the Netherlands week in week out during the corona pandemic, must answer to the parliamentary Corona inquiry committee on Friday. The current NATO chief appears for the first of two planned interrogations and is questioned about the drastic choices his cabinet made at the time.
