Perez will remain president of Los Blancos and consequently the space for Brahim is destined to decrease: the Lady is convinced that she has margin to try the coup for Spalletti
No twists, no surprises in Madrid. Florentino Perez won the Real Madrid elections on Sunday, and a half smile appeared on the interested face of Juventus. The reason is Brahim Diaz, now the first name on Luciano Spalletti’s list for the attacking midfield position. The Juventus coach considers the former AC Milan player the perfect profile to ensure the team has that quality between midfield and attack that is fundamental to resolve the classic stalemates of Serie A matches against the “smaller” teams: on the way to the Moroccan international both Los Blancos and the player need to be convinced, with different strategies and degrees of difficulty, but in the meantime the club’s continuity in the Spanish capital brings the Lady one step closer to her transfer objective.
sold out

Brahim is not a starter in Spain, but the approximately 1600 minutes played in one of the strongest teams on the planet have not completely discouraged him so far, leaving him with the hope of finding more space in the near future given the discreet contribution ensured so far (two goals and nine assists in 2025-2026 alone). The problem is that the midfield is the most overcrowded area of Real Madrid and it is quite complicated to emerge there: Arda Guler is very strong and on the launching pad, for example, but Jude Bellingham also remains ahead of him in the hierarchies and now Nico Paz will also return from his loan at Como. Perhaps it’s even worse on the wing, where Diaz still knows how to move very well, among others Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, Franco Mastantuono and so on. In short, it seems like a meeting between X-Men. Returning to Perez, however, the problem for the Moroccan is that during the election campaign the president promised a 150 million euro coup and all the names that have circulated so far are somewhere between the offensive range and the midfield. If it were true, the former Milan player would risk seeing his playing time decrease further and Juventus would have a more effective lever in their hands to convince the player with a starting project also built around his talent.
high pressing

The Lady has been following Brahim for several weeks and will continue to do so during the World Cup. CEO Damien Comolli hopes that the next coach José Mourinho in Madrid does not decide to put Diaz back at the center of the BlancosHowever, this hypothesis is unlikely to say the least at this moment. From Continassa, an increasingly intense pressure on the player is therefore expected because Spalletti is in a hurry to find out the first indispensable reinforcements for the Juventus rebirth, while on the corporate front it is possible to plan contacts – and then meetings – now that on the Spanish front all the unknowns linked to the elections at Real Madrid have vanished. Even for the Moroccan, however, keep an eye on the World Cup: Diaz scored in the last friendly against Norway and every goal in the World Cup risks suddenly breaking the bank, multiplying the contenders and triggering lethal auctions for the buyers’ coffers.
