MMontecarlo stops for the Grand Prix, but attention inevitably shifts to the glamorous starting grid. During the qualifying session on June 6th on the most famous street circuit in Formula 1, Beatrice Borromeo has redefined the concept of racing style. Accompanied by her husband Pierre Casiraghi, the former Italian journalist demonstrated how to be impeccable with a retro chic look. Despite the presence of talented drivers and very powerful cars, it was the princess who took center stage with a decidedly fresh choice of style far from the dusty royal protocols.
Beatrice Borromeo, the return of the Sixties to the trackside
The choice for the motoring weekend fell on a shirtdress minidress by Dior signed by Jonathan Anderson, a piece that mixes the classic white and blue vertical stripes with a darker blue floral embroidery. The short A-line silhouette reveals the legs and immediately evokes the carefreeness of the Côte d’Azur in the Sixties. This shirt dress, fresh and geometric, is a candidate to become the photocopy model for the holidays, thanks to a clean line that radically differs from the usual and demanding grand evening dresses of the Monegasque family.

The cunning of flat shoes and the obsession with gingham
Elegance is seen above all in the practical details and Beatrice Borromeo knows well that moving on the asphalt of the paddock requires cunning. The royal has thus banned stilettos, preferring a pair of light blue peep-toe pumps with medium heel and micro-bow on the tip. The hair remained loose and wavy, held back by a headband with a light blue vichy printthe key accessory that alone transforms the outfit into a trendy statement. A Vienna straw shoulder bag and cat-eye sunglasses complete a look designed to look casual, perfect for one of the couple’s first big public outings after the birth of their third daughter, Bianca Carolina Marta.
The Casiraghi dynasty takes over Formula 1: a family parade
The Monte Carlo Grand Prix has always represented the ideal stage for the royal family, capable of transforming the pit lane into a private meeting with a very high level of visibility. This year the spotlight has turned on the entire Casiraghi clanwho came in full to support the symbolic event of the Principality. Photographers immortalized not only Beatrice Borromeo and Pierre, but also Andrea Casiraghi together with his wife Tatiana Santo DomingoCharlotte Casiraghi and the young Alexandra of Hanover.

A group presence that shows how the descendants of Caroline of Monaco have inherited the historical link between motor sport and luxury intact. It is a real trademark which, since the days of Grace Kelly, has made the Formula 1 race an unmissable event, where sporting competition merges with the history of customs.
