Suddenly, at the end of May, several police cars, recognizable and unrecognizable, stop in front of a house on a busy main road in the Limburg municipality of Horst aan de Maas. The man of the house (49) is arrested. He is one of eight men suspected of a rape scandal in which images of drugged victims were made and shared.
