Two people were injured in a head-on collision in Den Bosch on Thursday morning. On Aartshertogenlaan around ten past seven, a motorist collided with a small truck.
A woman was in the truck with an aerial work platform on it. She was injured and taken to hospital. The driver of the car, a man, was also taken to hospital by ambulance.
It is unclear how the accident happened. The police are still discussing whether further investigation will be initiated.
Will other traffic be diverted?
The accident happened near Frans Halsstraat. The Aartshertogenlaan is closed between the roundabout with the Rompertsebaan and the Van Grobbendonklaan. Traffic is directed along a parallel road.
Fire brigade, police and ambulances responded to the accident. Both vehicles are a total loss and are being removed by a salvage company.
