According to a report, Karlsruher SC has another new addition on its hands. Tim Civeja (24) is coming to the Wildpark on a free transfer after his contract with 1. FC Saarbrücken ends, as “Sky” reported. The former Augsburg resident is said to have already completed the medical check.
Civeja was the FCS’s best scorer from midfield in this third division season. In his 35 appearances he delivered five goals and seven assists. Since moving from training club FC Augsburg to Saarland in 2023, the Dachau native has scored 18 goals and 14 assists in 116 competitive games for Die Molschder.
Civeja is said to have rejected “at least three” other offers to move to Karlsruhe. The KSC had previously found what they were looking for on the transfer market several times; Noel Eichinger (SSV Jahn Regensburg), Kevin Wiethaup (VfL Osnabrück), Ferdinand Gebert (FCA Walldorf) and Jason Ponente-Ramirez (1.FC Köln U19) were also signed on free transfers. In addition, the Badner loan player Paul Scholl from FC Bayern Munich II has been signed on a long-term basis for a transfer fee of 150,000 euros (all KSC transfers at a glance).
