A drug dog in training has caused an awkward moment during a ceremony at the Chilean Navy. He threw himself completely at Vice Admiral Arturo Oxley, and in particular at his pocket. Once he sunk his teeth into it, he wouldn’t let go. Three bystanders tried to separate the duo.
The Belgian Shepherd is one of the dogs participating in drug dog training for the Chilean Navy. He completed the second training course together with three other dogs and five officers. It was during that ceremony that things went wrong. According to the communications service, his young age and energy explain this sudden reaction. It is not clear why he targeted the vice admiral’s pocket.
