The report of the stabbing on Coulombstraat was received by the control room around 7:35 p.m. Many emergency services were alerted, including a trauma team by helicopter.
Around 9:25 p.m., police reported that one person had died in the stabbing. Two people were also injured and taken to hospital.
Building held at gunpoint
Photos show that the building was held at gunpoint. The DSI is present and the area is well cordoned off. In addition, a police helicopter flew above the building for a while.
The police are still busy at the business premises. It is still unclear what exactly is going on. Nothing is yet known about any possible perpetrators.
