Trabzonspor is preparing to part ways with Felipe Augusto. It was claimed that the Brazilian football player, whom the claret-blue team added to its squad from Belgian representative Cercle Brugge at the beginning of last season, was close to being transferred to Zenit, one of the Russian Premier League teams. According to the news compiled by Yeni Asır from the Russian press, Zenit has made significant progress in the transfer of Felipe Augusto.
It was noted that the 22-year-old football player reached an agreement with Zenit on personal terms, and the player’s representatives requested the Trabzonspor management to accept the offer from the Russian club. While it was stated that Zenit’s last offer to Trabzonspor was at the level of 18 million euros, it was stated that the transfer fee could reach 20 million euros with the bonus clauses.
