Stephan Adriaenssens will remain on board at RMM in a duo role until the end of 2026. To ensure a correct transfer, during which Elien will grow substantively to become general manager.
Stephan has great merit for our organization, which he has developed into a consistently healthy company over the past ten years. The impact of this is significant, this must be underlined.
Stephan will reach retirement age in early 2027. He will then remain active at RMM, within a mutually agreed framework, to take on targeted responsibilities.
Today, RMM is at a tipping point where the organization is evolving from a classic regional channel to an integrated and digital content platform with strong local roots. At the same time, strengthening the reach, accelerating the digital transition and developing a future-oriented model remain crucial challenges for the coming years.
