Min-jae Kim is apparently thinking about emigrating. Bayern’s defender has been linked with a return to Italy. There he could meet an old acquaintance.

The Italian top club Juventus Turin is pushing ahead with plans for the formation of its defense in the coming season – and is probably keeping an eye on a professional from FC Bayern. According to a media report, Min-Jae Kim is said to be on the Italian record champions’ wish list.

As the “Gazzetta dello Sport” reports, the Turin team has already contacted the German record champions. Coach Luciano Spalletti is therefore seen as the driving force behind a possible transfer. The coach knows Kim from their time together at SSC Napoli. In 2023, both won the Serie A championship together.

  • Upheaval after relegation: Bundesliga club parted ways with nine players

According to the report, the 29-year-old South Korean could move to Turin on loan. In return, Juventus would apparently be willing to let Brazilian central defender Bremer go. FC Bayern is also said to be interested in him.

Kim has been under contract in Munich for three years. Last season, the defender received less playing time than hoped and would therefore like to leave the club, it is said. His contract runs until 2028. The Munich team is said to be demanding at least 30 million euros for Kim, whom Bayern signed from Naples three years ago for 50 million euros. A loan is still being examined.

Will Bremer become a Munich player in return?

Bremer was already linked to FC Bayern in 2022. At that time, however, the Brazilian international decided to move from Torino FC to Juventus. The Italian record champions paid around 51 million euros for the now 29-year-old.
