National player Giulia Gwinn has been playing with problems for weeks and is now undergoing an operation. This means she is missing from the DFB team.
German national team captain Giulia Gwinn has undergone surgery on her left shoulder. FC Bayern Munich announced this. The 26-year-old is now in rehab.
Gwinn dislocated his shoulder in the international match against Austria in mid-April and played the end of the season with a bandage. The right-back is missing from the last two World Cup qualifiers.
