Rock im Park 2026 in Nuremberg – the line-up, information about camping, directions and resale tickets can be found here at a glance.
Rock in the Park will take place from June 5th to 7th. The well-known twin festival of Rock am Ring has an almost identical line-up and is on the same weekend – but the rocking takes place here in the city of Nuremberg in Bavaria instead of at the Nürburgring. Both festivals are already sold out.

Tickets
Rock in the Park is sold out. A weekend ticket started at 258 euros with camping in the first wave of advance sales, but prices rose quickly. With a little luck you can still find resale tickets from fans from providers like Fansale or eventim, but not always at the original prices.
Parking & camping
Camping at Rock im Park is included in the general festival ticket, but there are still various camping upgrades that can be booked. The camping sites open at 9 a.m. on the Thursday before the festival begins. Departure must be by Monday morning before 10 a.m.
Anyone traveling with their own camper requires a special camper badge and one camper camping upgrade per person sleeping in the vehicle. The same applies to caravans and minivans. They all have their own badges and camping tickets.
Anyone arriving as a day visitor is not entitled to a parking space and should come by public transport or bicycle.
All detailed information and further options are available on the Festival website.
Site plan
This year, an interactive map for Rock im Park can be viewed via the official rock im Park app for IOS and Android.

Directions
Rock im Park provides city shuttles: These depart from the cities of Frankfurt, Aschaffenburg, Würzburg, Stuttgart, Heilbronn, Berlin, Leipzig, Munich, Ingolstadt and Augsburg, as well as from Munich Airport. All shuttles can be booked via the Rock im Park website. Ticket prices are between 29 and 70 euros.
Those traveling by car will be encouraged by the organizers to use the festival’s own app NUNAV instead of classic navigation apps such as Google Maps or Apple Maps. Some of the paths shown there are not accessible during the festival. The NUNAV app is intended to guide festival visitors directly from their own front door to the free parking space.
The area is also easily accessible by public transport: the S-Bahn S2 in the direction of Altdorf and the tram 7 in the direction of Zehnteich go to the Zehnteich stop. From Nordostbahnhof take bus 65 towards Röthenbach to the Bayernstraße, Volksfestplatz or Doku-Zentrum stop. From the “Plärrer” subway station, the tram takes 10 festival visitors to the dozen pond. The use of public transport in the greater Nuremberg area is included in the festival ticket: for day tickets only on the respective festival day, for weekend tickets from the Thursday before the festival starts (June 4th) to the Monday after (June 8th).
Pay cashless
Once again this year, only cashless payment will be possible across the entire festival site. To do this, simply register your ticket here in advance and top up any credit. At the festival check-in, the ticket is exchanged for a wristband including a cashless chip. This means you can pay anywhere on the Rock in the park without cash. The credit can be easily topped up at any time using the app and top-up stations on the festival grounds. After the festival you can simply request the remaining credit back.
Weather
The weather forecast for the festival weekend so far: The temperatures during the day are expected to be between 22 and 26 degrees, with mostly cloudy skies. Light rain showers are always possible. At night the temperatures cool down to around 13 degrees.
